Grief and Bereavement Workshop

Contact: Brianna Bee (609) 204.3379 email: bbee@hansenfoundationnj.org
Cost: free

What to expect:
Grief Café is a monthly workshop hosted on the 1st Sunday of each month from 1pm to 3pm (times may vary). This workshop will be facilitated by a Pastoral Care Team. The group offers emotional and spiritual support for those who have experienced a significant loss in their life. There are no steps to this program -it is a contemplative approach to surviving loss, within your own time and space.

Grief has a language all its own –it’s complicated –it’s undefined, with no meaningful answers. Grief Café is a place to connect with the emotional pain of loss, loneliness, anger, sadness, or guilt. Learning to live with the mystery of our humanity is a process where you may find, you are not alone, and we are just passing through.
